The Electronic Alarm Security System consists of a number of electronic components that communicate with a central control panel, working together to protect a home against potential intruders. Every complete Electronic Alarm Security System package includes a wide range of sensors, control panels, door or window sensors, floodlights, doorbells and cameras. Together, these elements will keep a home as safe as possible.

The sensory devices of our electronic alarms can range from a simple door and window contacts, panic buttons, to motion detectors, glass break sensors, smoke detectors, water and temperature sensors. These alerts are all transmitted to our local control centers, receiving encrypted data from electronic alarm activations and incidents occurrences, processing it and transmitting the information to our Armed Response Personnel's for further action to be taken. Upon an electronic alarm activation occurring, the Control Centre will contact the point of activation in order to identify the nature of the threat. The Armed Response Personnel will arrival at your premises and take what action he deems necessary and call for assistance if this is required.

Initially the company only provided minor cleaning and security services like general cleaning and site guarding, but over the years the company has grown to be a huge impact in the Eastern Cape District and other provinces in South Africa. Electric Fences are used as the first barrier of security in your home and are crucially important in making sure you can live in your households happily, safely, and securely without a doubt in your minds of unwanted guests intruding your household. Xhobani Cleaning and Security Services provides (commercial and corporate) electric fences with state-of-the-art backup batteries, energy efficient cells and work even in blackouts. To make sure our customers can sleep peacefully at night, our electric fences operate 24hrs a day, even in blackouts.

The shock from the electric fence is non-fatal. It won’t extremely hurt or kill a person or an animal apart from giving an intruder a nasty shock. It is predominantly an alarm system to signal our patrolling Armed response unit to move in and terminate the intruder.
